Goals

Exercise
  1. Go on my elliptical for 15 minutes without stopping. - so far I have made it 10 minutes..phew
  2. Go on the elliptical for 30 minutes without stopping.*
  3. Go on the elliptical for 1 hour without stopping.*
  4. Go 1 mile (in one setting)*
  5. Go 3 miles (in one setting)*
  6. Go 5 miles (in one setting)*
Weight Loss
  1. Loose 10 pounds.  Completed 3/4/2012
  2. Get out of the 300's* Completed 3/17/2012
  3. Get to my pre-wedding weight - 290
  4. Loose 30 pounds*
  5. Get to my high school weight - 275* 
  6. Loose 50 pounds*
  7. Loose 60 pounds

Clothes Size
  1. Wear first goal pants - my grey pants that are size 22 (started journey in a size 26 comfortably)*
  2. Wear second goal pants (not bought yet...will be size 18)

Rewards
A * means I get a reward when I reach that goal.

  1. Get a Massage.
  2. Get a couple of new sets of clothes

Specific rewards -

  • When I can walk do 5 miles on the Elliptical I want to do the Race for the Cure.
  • When I hit 50 pounds I want to go out on the town in a new outfit!
  • When I hit Onederland I want a whole new wardrobe.
  • When I can be on the Elliptical for 1 hour - I want to try out walking on the local school track with Dixie in the stroller.
